The Montana Credit Union Network (MCUN) today announced a new partnership with Canidae Consulting and Member Intelligence Group. Both organizations were founded by industry veteran Jim Kasch, a former credit union CEO.
Canidae Consulting will offer special programs through the partnership, including traditional and virtual strategic planning services, organizational excellence programs, individual leader assessments, and access to CUPedia.com, a low-cost intranet service designed specifically for small credit unions. Member Intelligence Group offers comprehensive Voice of the Member survey programs; including transactional surveys, new account surveys, and member and employee engagement surveys. Member Intelligence Group recently published the first ever study on Brand Love for credit unions, and also offers qualitative research to help credit unions build deeper relationships with members.
“The Network is constantly looking for innovative partners and services to offer our member credit unions,” said Tracie Kenyon, President of the Montana Credit Union Network. “Canidae and Member Intelligence Group offer a wide-range of valuable services that all credit unions need. We’re excited to launch this partnership.”
Montana credit unions will receive special pricing on all services offered by Canidae Consulting and Member Intelligence Group.
“The Canidae and Member Intelligence Group teams are comprised of former credit union executives,” said Jim Kasch. “Our goal with every client is to provide creative and meaningful assistance specific to that credit union’s circumstances. We’ve helped credit unions from $9 million to well over a billion in assets.”
The Montana Credit Union Network is dedicated to promoting and enhancing a thriving community for Montana’s credit unions. It provides dues-supported services that protect, advocate, and inform.
